Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street, and may be viewed and purchased for $50.00 (non-refundable) from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Any addenda issued will be made available on the City’s website at http://www.cityofpensacola.com/bids. Interested bidders are advised to check the site frequently.
