Summary of Specifications:
Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Bidding documents may be viewed and may be purchased from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola Florida for $50.00 (non-refundable) including UPS shipping. This non-refundable payment must be by check or money order made payable to City of Pensacola. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Any addenda issued will be made available on the City’s website at http://www.cityofpensacola.com/bids. Interested bidders are advised to check the site frequently.

Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five (5) percent of base bid for a period of sixty (60) days.
Pensacola City Ordinance #61-89 established a local Small Business Enterprise Program. The SBE Participation goal for this project is 5%.
