Bay Area Blueprint 700 South Pace Boulevard Pensacola, Florida 32502 2. Pensacola Public Library 239 North Spring Street Pensacola, Florida 32502 Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Any addendum issued will be placed on the City’s website. Interested bidders are advised to check the site frequently.
