22-048 - 2022 Sidewalk Project Phase 5

The scope of this project is the installation of ADA-compliant concrete sidewalks. The efforts associated with this project include, but are not limited to, excavation, removal/replacement of existing landscaping, mailboxes, water meters, water valves, site grading, installation of form work, concrete work, and sodding. All work shall be in accordance with the general notes, specifications, and construction plans included as part of this project manual. The contractor shall bid this project according to the constraints of the general notes, specifications, and construction plans. A site visit to determine any unforeseen issues is strongly recommended.
