23-009 - 3-Yr Contract-Landscape & Irrigatn Sys. Maint. Svcs-PNS Term. Bldg & Other Areas

The areas to be serviced under this contract shall include the turf and landscaping around the main terminal building, all public and employee parking facilities, the rental car service facility, terminal building roadway system, and along Airport owned 12th Avenue/Tippin Avenue roadway system and all pavement, curbing and sidewalks within the service area. Types of service include:
mowing, debris removal, sweeping, edging, trimming
pruning shrubs, trees, palms
weeding beds, cracks, curbing, pavement, etc.
disease/insect control
mulching
fertilizing shrubs, turf, beds, trees, palm trees
iron treatment
rye grass + iron treatment
aeration
irrigation system testing/maintenance
