Provide comprehensive banking services to the City. The objective of the City is to secure the most efficient and effective banking services while maintaining sufficient liquidity and protection of all the funds entrusted to the City.
Proposals with an original signature and three (3) additional copies, plus one (1) electronic copy on flash drive or CD, should be submitted to: City of Pensacola, City Hall, Purchasing Office, City Hall, 6th Floor, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida 32502. Proposals must be clearly marked “Banking Services” on the exterior in order to be considered. Proposals received after the closing time or lacking the proper marking will not be accepted.
Note: All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the City of Pensacola staff or officials other than the specified contact person. Any addendum issued will be posted to the City’s website. Respondents are responsible for obtaining addenda, and are advised to check the website frequently.
