20-005 - DEMOLITION FOR HITZMAN-OPTIMIST PARK IMPROVEMENTS

Scope of work shall include all permits, labor, material and tools to demolish and clear the structure and grounds of the old YMCA building at Hitzman-Optimist Park, located at 3215 Langley Avenue, Pensacola, FL, including earthwork, grassing, excavation, backfill, and compaction services where necessary to complete the project.
Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection at the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street, and may be obtained at the City of Pensacola website, www.cityofpensacola.com/bids.aspx or from the Purchasing Office. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Any addendum issued will be posted to the City’s website. Bidders are responsible for obtaining addenda, and are advised to check the website frequently.
