Provide stormwater treatment for two currently untreated drainage sub-basins within Bayou Texar Watershed. Treatment will be fitting underground stormwater conveyance system with two proprietary underground treatment units and associated manholes. General work includes installation of new Vortech units, superpaving asphalt surface course asphalt, lime rock base, stabilized subgrade, storm structures, new storm pipe, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and sod. Bid alternate item included for installation of new waterline on Escambia Avenue.

Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Bidding documents may be viewed and may be purchased from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida for $50.00 (non-refundable) including UPS shipping. This non-refundable payment must be by check or money order made payable to City of Pensacola.

Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid addenda. Addenda will be posted to the City’s website. Bidders are responsible for obtaining addenda, and are advised to check the website frequently. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the City of Pensacola staff or officials other than the specified contact person.
