EPH Clubhouse is located at 3208 East Gonzalez Street, Pensacola, FL.
Contractor shall furnish all, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and permits required by all Local, State, and Federal agencies to fully complete the project as described below.
GENERAL REPAIRS
Remove, dispose of, and replace all ceiling tile throughout the building using flat tiles in lieu of tegular.
Remove, dispose of all existing wallpaper (entire building)
Repair damage to wall and repaint interior of building. Color to be determined by owner.
Install owner-furnished light fixtures (fluorescent to LED).
KITCHEN
Remove, dispose of, and replace existing floor with VCT tile. Color to be determined by owner.
Remove, dispose of, and replace cabinets. Solid wood for both wall and base cabinets, with laminate tops. Color to be determined by owner.
RESTROOMS
Remove, dispose, and replace all toilet partitions (both men’s and women’s rooms) with laminate partitions. Color to be determined by owner.
Remove, dispose, and replace floor with VCT tile. Color to be determined by owner.
Install new mirrors above sinks in both restrooms.
New door signs.
EXTERIOR
Prep, paint/stain decking and benches in front of building facing Gonzalez Street.
Clean and pressure wash building exterior.
ADDITIVE ALTERNATE #1
Install new entry doors at front and side of building to match existing as close as possible.
