Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Addenda will be made available on the City’s website at http://www.cityofpensacola.com/bids. The work under this contract consist of roadway improvements to the access road to the fuel farm at PNS Airport Pensacola Florida. General demolition work to be accomplished will include removal of the following items: excavation and removal of existing base material, saw-cut and removal of asphalt, curb and gutter. General installation work will include: mixing and Compaction of existing Subgrade, Compacted Per City Specs, 18" Crushed Stone Base, Compacted Per City Specs, Prime Coat Between Base and Asphalt, Type SP-12.5 Asphaltic Concrete, Establishing Final Grade and Seal Rolling Prior to Paving, and Sod to Match Existing Species.
