RFI-0304-Creosote - Planning/Design Services-Reuse American Creosote Superfund Site

Summary of Specifications:
Provide a full range of services to develop and coordinate the Reuse Plan. Demonstrate recent successful experience in all of the aspects of this type of project. Specific experience with Superfund Sites will be beneficial. 

Provide conceptual planning services to provide for a general reuse plan for the entire 18.0 acre parcel, taking into consideration any required ongoing environmental clean-up activities and interested stakeholders desires for the property and provide conceptual design services for the necessary infrastructure for these uses. This will include any necessary studies to identify optimal layout of the intended uses to maximize productive use of the property, accommodate pedestrian and vehicular movement, and maximize citizen access, and maintain the highest level of aesthetic quality and neighborhood compatibility possible.
