Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this invitation is to seek the assistance of a professional planning firm in the preparation of a Westside Neighborhoods Plan. The Westside Neighborhoods planning area is bounded by “A” Street on the east, Garden Street on the south, Pace Boulevard on the west and the City Limits on the north. This area includes the Westside Sunshine Neighborhood, the West Point Heritage Neighborhood, and the St. John’s Coalition Neighborhood.
