Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Bidding documents may be viewed and may be purchased from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida for $50.00 (non-refundable) including UPS shipping. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid addenda. Addenda will be posted to the City’s website. Bidders are responsible for obtaining addenda, and are advised to check the website frequently.
