18-017 - USEPA BROWNFIELDS CLEANUP OF SUBMERGED LANDS

Work primarily consists of extraction and removal of approximately 22 steel “H” beam pilings, 50 vertical wood creosote pilings, and approximately 3,000 cubic yards (cy) of creosote pilings and other associated debris from former collapsed commercial piers, and transport of the pilings and debris to the Port of Pensacola for off-loading by others.
Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Bidding documents may be viewed and may be obtained from the City’s website: http://www.cityofpensacola.com. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Any addendum issued will be made available on the City’s website.
