24-006 - Invitation to Bid (ITB) - 24-006 - Limestone Drive Pier Demolition

The City of Port Richey is a coastal community along the gulf coast in southwest Florida. The City seeks a qualified bidder to perform The Limestone Pier Demolition Project which entails the removal of the existing pier and improvements to restabilize the seawall and add knee wall and bollards.

The Limestone Pier Demolition will be funded using the following:
ARPA Funding and City Impact Fees
All items/services to be provided or performed must be in full accordance with the requirements of
this ITB and any Purchase Order issued by, or Agreement entered into with the City.

The City will award Limestone Pier Demolition a single Bidder based on the lowest, responsive, and responsible Bidder.
