Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sarasota is seeking the services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) licensed in the State of Florida to implement the proposed Streetscape improvements for Dr. Martin Luther King Way between U.S 301 and Central Avenue. The work includes removal and reconstruction of sidewalk. Installation of roadway landscape islands, concrete curbing, handicap ramp replacement, and traffic control devices, utility relocations, bus shelters, pedestrian brick crosswalks, landscaping, irrigation and other related items of work.
