Summary of Specifications:
Responsible as Construction Manager At Risk, Contractor shall provide preconstruction and construction management services and schedule coordination, utility coordination and relocations, permitting and construction of the project, to include at minimum: the renovation from a grass field to an infilled synthetic turf multi-purpose field (approx. 86,400 SF), installation of an irrigation system, building of a maintenance building and installation of a sports lighting array.
