The City of Brooksville is requesting bids from qualified Proposers/Contractors for the 2024 Road Paving
Projects, which includes nine (9) pavement restoration projects to be repaired through a typical Mill and
Overlay process.
Fiscal Year 2024 Pavement Management Program
Mill and overlay the following roads with two (2) inches of asphalt, replace all existing striping, stop bars,
provide Maintenance of Traffic as needed.
1. Lemon Ave S, from Cook Ave to N of Walker Ave.
2. Buena Vista Ave, from Sabra Dr. to MLK Blvd.
3. Old Jasmine Dr, from New Jasmine Dr to Mondon Hill Rd.
4. Desoto Ave, from Veterans Ave to Ponce DeLeon Blvd.
5. June Ave, from Cortez Blvd to Sabra Dr.
6. Daniel Ave, from Hale Ave to E of Lemon Ave.
7. Crawford St from Jefferson to Union St.
8. Don Jr. Ave, from Cortez Blvd to Sabra Dr.
9. Hammock Rd, from North Ave to Hernando County section.

- Note: It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine all lengths, widths, and materials needed for the project.
Contractor to provide notice in advance and to provide access to residents affected during construction.
Construction time allowance will be 120 days from the Notice to Proceed.
