HOUSING REHABILITATION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DIVISION
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Solicitation is to receive quotes from qualified bidders to:
1.remove and install new fence, to install gate on both sides of structure, to provide drawing and obtain property survey on behalf of the owner for the property located at 138 SW 7th Ave, Delray Beach, Fl, 33444 as described in “Exhibit A”- Case No. 23-026
2.install vinyl Fence with Gate and provide drawing and obtain property surveys on behalf of the owner for the property located at 704 SW 2nd Ct, Delray Beach Florida 33444-2502 as described in “Exhibit B”- Case No. 23-064
3. install vinyl Fence with gate, to provide drawing and obtain property surveys on behalf of the owner for the property located at 317 SW 7th Ave, Delray Beach, Florida 33444-2512 as described in “Exhibit C”- Case No. 23-044
Questions and Answers: The city provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requiremnets of the solictation. All questions or clarifications inquiries must be submitted through http://www.bidnetdirect.com/cityofdelraybeach.
Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes a pass-thru allowance. It is necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Bidnet Direct does not automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and it will not be reflected on the final bid tabulation. Undefined General Allowance ($3,000).
The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
Quotes will be accepted through a secure mailbox at Bidnet Direct ( http://www.bidnetdirect.com/cityofdelraybeach) until the Deadline for Submission as indicated in this Quick Quote.
Late Bids will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic bids for this Quick Quote.
Once the bid has been decrypted the tabulation link will appear under the “details tab” page. Vendors are instructed to contact Bidnet Direct immediately for technical assistance if this feature is not available on their dashboard.
