Scope: The City of Delray Beach (City) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms for the provision of professional services relating to the construction of Lindell Boulevard Loop Connection to Brant Bridge (along Blue Jay Turn, Carl Bolter Drive & Avocet Road). This project is partially funded by the Local Agency Program (LAP) with oversight by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The selected consultant shall be responsible for the entire and complete grant administration and compliance, reporting, interviewing, updating, etc., of the following FDOT LAP Grant for Lindell Boulevard Loop Connection to Brant Bridge (along Blue Jay Turn, Carl Bolter Drive & Avocet Road).
The City will not hold a Pre-Proposal Conference. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Proposers are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
