The City received an allocation of $66,834,253.00 from the American Rescue Plan Act – Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund program (“ARPA”). The City seeks professional services from firms with expertise in the oversight, compliance, administration, management, reporting, and monitoring of ARPA funds.

Specifically, the City is seeking one or more professional consulting firms to provide expertise to augment City staff’s capabilities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and grant requirements while maximizing the recovery and beneficial uses of ARPA funding.
