Description

The City of Zephyrhills is seekiing a qualified contractor licensed in the State of Florida to provide sidewalks and trails within residential neighborhoods within specific areas in the City. Sidewallks will be a minimum of 5' wide up to 10' wide. This project is broken into five (5) areas and will be bidded for each section. It is strongly recommended the contractor review each area specified in the plans to see what kinds of issues you will need to deal/price for. Please download and review all documentation for this solicitation.

PreConference meeting is scheduled for March 30th, Thursday, at City Hall, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL at 2:00 PM. This meeting is not mandatory but highly recommended.

Insurance will be required of the winning bidder prior to notice to proceed.
Performand and Payment bond will be required prior to notice to proceed.
