Additional Bidding Instructions

The written responses will be reviewed by the evaluation committee and will rank the companies. They will select the top three companies should an interview be requested to ask questions of the firms. The top three firms will be presented to our Council for their approval of the ranking. The City will start with number one ranked firm to start negotiations. All three firms are to submit their rates via email after the Council meeting to the Purchasing Agent.
