FIRE HYDRANTS AND EXTENSIONS - FIRE HYDRANTS BEING PROVIDED SHALL BE MANUFACTURED TO THE LATEST DESIGN, CONFORMING TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT AWWA STANDARD C-502. THE BASIC DESIGN OF THE FIRE HYDRANT SHALL BE OF THE DRY TOP TYPE WHICH IS OF THE BREAKABLE OR TRAFFIC DESIGN.

THE EMERALD COAST UTILITIES AUTHORITY FINDS THE FOLLOWING MAKES AND MODELS ACCEPTABLE AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. (NO AFTERMARKET WILL BE ACCEPTED ON EXTENSION KITS; ONLY THE THREE MANUFACTURERS DESIGNATED BELOW ARE ACCEPTABLE:
