This scope covers the furnishing, installation, testing, adjusting, and placing in operation all equipment, devices, facilities, materials, and auxiliary items necessary for the complete and successful operation of all equipment as herein described, shown on the plans, or deemed necessary for the completion of the project. All equipment shall be completely compatible with and fully integrated into the owners existing systems. Any delegated design required, freight, delivery, permitting, setup, and commissioning shall be fully inclusive of all items. An overview of the scope of work is as follows:
- Provision of two new 12,000-gallon fuel tanks,
- Demolition and removal of an existing 1500 Gallon Unleaded Tank.
- Fuel for complete testing of the tanks and systems,
- Foundations for the new fuel tanks, including bollards,
- Pumps,
- Monitoring equipment/controls,
- Piping/valving/unions,
- Cam lock connections,
- Spill containment,
- Emergency and standard venting,
- Gauge pole,
- Power/electrical systems,
- Grounding system,
- Connection of electrically powered equipment,
- Temporary construction power,
- Complete safety equipment including bumper posts/bollards and signage as recommended or required by all authorities having jurisdiction,
- All incidentals necessary for a complete and fully operational system.
