Summary of Specifications:
The goal of this bid is to enter into an annual purchase agreement for Art Supplies. The agreement will consist of the commitment of School District business in exchange for the delivery of quality products with firm prices in a timely manner. The effect of this arrangement is to speed up the delivery process of products to our warehouse, and to establish stable prices and advance sources of supply.
