Summary of Specifications:
This solicitation is for the purchase of cheese, as detailed in the Specifications and Pricing Section of this RFP, for school cafeterias for the six-month period beginning July 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010. Prices, terms, and conditions of this agreement cover all purchases for the products listed in this document for the entire term of this agreement. If you bid a product that is not preapproved in this RFP, you must send a sample for review by the time and date stated later in this paragraph. Failure to send a sample and required documentation when bidding an alternate will result in your bid being determined as “non-responsive” for that item.
