This solicitation is for the purchase of condiments, spices and staples for school cafeterias. If offering a brand and/or product OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED, SAMPLES ARE REQUIRED. Bidding products that are not listed as approved without submitting samples will result in your bid not being accepted. See RFP for details. All items, and all pages of all items, listed in Special Conditions, Section III, A must be returned with your proposal.
