Summary of Specifications:
The goal of this bid is to enter into an annual purchase agreement for specific items or groups of items. The agreement will consist of the commitment of School District business in exchange for the delivery of quality products with firm prices in a timely manner. The effect of this arrangement is to speed up the delivery process of products to our warehouse, and to establish stable prices and advance sources of supply. If offering a brand and/or product OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED, SAMPLES ARE REQUIRED. Please make a notation in the comments section if you are sending a sample. The deadline to submit samples is 4:00 PM, CST, Monday, March 2, 2015. Samples should be brought/sent to the Purchasing Department, 75 N. Pace Boulevard, Pensacola, FL 32505. Samples should be clearly labeled “SAMPLE FOR ITB NUMBER 152104.” Your bid will not be accepted on any product that does not include a sample if you bid a product that is not listed on the pre-approved list in the Specifications and Pricing section. Sample should be identified by bid item number and bidder product/order number. Please note that samples submitted in accordance with the above prescribed manner, and Paragraph T of General Terms and Conditions (Section II), by the due date will be evaluated prior to bid evaluation.
