Summary of Specifications:
The School District needs to provide contracted courier services to seventy-five (75) schools and administrative centers within Escambia County Florida. Under the current routing method, two routes are employed totaling approximately two hundred and sixty miles to complete one run to all sites. The School District is interested in employing the services of a professional courier service to provide delivery to the seventy-five sites three times a week, with adjustments possible for holidays and other special events.
