Summary of Specifications:
This request covers requirements of all school cafeterias, for crackers, chips and snack cakes as listed in this RFP. The delivery period will begin upon approval by the Escambia County School District (ECSD) and continue through June 30, 2008 for the first agreement year; with four one-year renewal options thereafter, beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of each successive agreement year. Products are delivered directly to individual cafeterias. Upon acceptance of your bid by the ECSD, this document becomes the contract for these services. You must return the entire bid package. The “bid package” is defined as this entire document, which consists of pages 1 - 25.
