Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to enter into a purchase agreement for custodial supplies for the period of December 20, 2012 through December 19, 2013 upon School Board approval. The effect of this arrangement is to speed up the delivery of quality products to the Central Warehouse and to establish stable prices and advance sources of supply. **Samples for alternate brands shall be sent to: ECSD, Purchasing Dept., 75 North Pace Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32505 by Friday, November 9. Refer to Section III- Special Conditions, #F.** No samples will be accepted for evaluation after the Friday, November 9th deadline.
