Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to enter into a purchase agreement for custodial supplies for the period of December 20, 2014 through December 19, 2015 upon School Board approval. The effect of this arrangement is to speed up the delivery of quality products to the Central Warehouse and to establish stable prices and advance sources of supply. **Samples for alternate brands shall be sent to: ECSD, Purchasing Dept., 75 North Pace Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32505 to be received by close of business on Monday, November 10. Refer to Section III- Special Conditions, Paragraph F.** No samples will be accepted for evaluation after the Monday, November 10th deadline.
