ITB-170703 - Custodial Supplies

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to enter into a five-year purchase agreement for custodial supplies. The effect of this arrangement is to speed up the delivery of quality products to the Central Warehouse and to establish stable prices and advance sources of supply. The initial term of the agreement will be effective from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 with four (4) one-year renewal options subject to the availability of lawfully appropriated funds and mutual written acceptance. Any price adjustments must be justified and submitted in writing with supporting documentation by October 1st of each school year to the Purchasing Department. Price adjustments shall be subject to negotiation and approval. Cumulative price increases over the term of the contract will be cause for the agreement to be reviewed for possible termination, rebidding, and/or renegotiation.
