Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request For Proposal is to establish a five-year agreement for diploma printing services for the Escambia County School District. The agreement may be renewed annually upon approval by the School Board. The initial term of the agreement will be November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014. 

The School District reserves the right to terminate the agreement at the end of each one (1) year period or to renew the agreement for successive one year periods at its option and approval by the School Board. Any price adjustment for the successive year will be subject to negotiation and must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation by April 1 of each school year to the Purchasing Department.
