202003 - Dispensing System for Foaming Hand Soap and Sanitizer

The School District of Escambia County is soliciting sealed written proposals to establish an Agreement to provide foaming hand soap and sanitizer, as well as related dispensing systems, for buildings throughout the entire District. The initial installation of all dispensers shall be completed within ninety (90) days of contract award. Subsequent purchases of foaming hand soap and/or sanitizer shall be on an “as needed” basis. Upon mutual written agreement and approval of the School Board of Escambia County, Florida, an Agreement will be issued in one (1) year increments for up to a total of five (5) years subject to the availability of lawfully appropriated funds. The initial term of the Agreement(s) shall be October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.  All pricing proposed herein shall be firm throughout the first year of the Agreement.
