Summary of Specifications:
The Escambia County School District (the District) is soliciting proposals for a five (5) year agreement for general cleaning supplies and dispensing system for buildings/portables throughout the entire District which serves approximately 40,000 students at over fifty (50) locations. The initial installation of all dispensers shall be completed within ninety (90) days of contract award. The awarded Bidder shall bear all costs needed for the dispensers and their installation. Subsequent purchases of general cleaning supplies shall be on an “as needed” basis. The initial term of the agreement will be effective from January 23, 2015 through January 22, 2016 with the option to be renewed annually for four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual consent and approval by the Escambia County School Board.
FOR ALTERNATE SAMPLE PRODUCT EVALUATION: Bidders shall submit one (2 litre or equivalent) container of each product and (1) dispenser unit with product literature for alternate brand in accordance with the RFP specifications in Section V, Questionnaire and Response, Paragraph B & C.
