Summary of Specifications:
The Escambia County School District (the District) is soliciting proposals for a five-year agreement for dispensing systems for toilet tissue and hand towels for buildings throughout the entire District. The initial installation of all dispensers shall be completed within 120 days of contract award. Subsequent paper product purchases shall be on an “as needed” basis. The initial term will be effective from December 20, 2007 through December 19, 2008 and renewed annually upon mutual consent and approval by the Escambia County School Board.
