Summary of Specifications:
This bid request covers food entree item requirements for all school cafeterias, for the period beginning January 1, 2008 and ending June 30, 2008. Prices, terms, and conditions of this agreement cover any purchases made for the products listed in this bid for the entire term of this agreement. The quantities listed herein and delivery dates are the best estimate of the District based on prior and projected usage. The District will make every attempt to adhere as closely as possible to the estimated dates and quantities, however, the District reserves the right to adjust shipment dates, reduce the number of shipments and/or purchase additional quantities at the bid price at any time during the bid period (January 1, 2008 – June 30, 2008). By signing this agreement you are agreeing to honor your bid price for the entire term of the agreement. Bidders must return the entire bid, (page 1 - 51) failure to return entire bid will result in your bid not being accepted.
