Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to provide for the supply and delivery of Fresh and Liquid Eggs to Schools Cafeterias within the Escambia County School District. The agreement will become effective upon approval by the Escambia County School Board and will continue through July 31, 2008.

Delivery of all products to the individual schools will be on a scheduled basis, as ordered by each cafeteria manager. The exact time and place of delivery for each school cafeteria shall be resolved on an individual basis with deliveries usually in the early a.m. from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Bidder will be responsible for the freshness of all products when delivered and date stamped containers will be utilized to further substantiate freshness.
