Summary of Specifications:

This RFP request covers requirements of all school cafeterias, for individual serve ice-cream products as listed in this RFP. The delivery period will begin upon approval by Escambia County School Board (ECSD) and continue through July 31, 2008 for the first agreement year, upon mutual agreement up to four one-year renewal options will exist, beginning August 1 and ending July 31 of each successive agreement year. Products are delivered directly to individual cafeterias. Upon acceptance of your bid by the Escambia County School District, this document becomes the contract for these services. You must return the entire bid package. The “bid package” is defined as this entire document, which consists of pages 1 - 29.
