RFP-074203 - Milk and Dairy Products

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a multi-year (not to exceed five years) contract for the direct delivery of milk and dairy products to cafeterias in the Escambia County School District. The initial term for this contract shall be August 1, 2007 and through July 31, 2008 The quantities listed herein are the best estimate of the District based on prior and projected usage. The District will make every attempt to adhere as closely as possible to the estimated quantities, however, District reserves the right to adjust and/or purchase additional quantities at the bid price at any time during the bid period (August 1, 2007 – July 31, 2012). Bidders must return the entire bid (pages 1 – 30). Failure to return entire bid will result in your bid not being accepted. Prices must include all charges, including packing, handling, shipping and delivery to the destination sites as shown in this RFP.
