Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is for a one time purchase of various musical instruments as listed in the RFP. Instruments are to be shipped and/or delivered to West Florida Technical High School, 2400 Longleaf Drive, Pensacola, FL 32526. Bid price must be all inclusive: instrument cost; shipping and handling; inside delivery to school which includes unpacking of instrument(s) at school site, assembling product where required, checking product with school to assure that all instruments are received in good condition; and removal of all packing material and debris.
