Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: earth moving, drainage, sodding and constructing four buildings, two consisting of seven T-Hangars each and two consisting of 13 T-Hangars each for a total of forty hangars to be constructed at the Southeast T-Hangar site on existing building pads.
