Summary of Specifications:
Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) is seeking a minimum of three (3) qualified professional engineering design and/or consulting services firms to provide services identified below on an as-needed basis. Water and Sewer Utility Master Plans with financial components including but not limited to: *Water Master Plans; *Sewer Master Plans; *Reclaimed Water Master Plans. Water and Sewer Utility related studies including but not limited to: *Septic tank removal; *Nutrient removal; *Efficiency of operations and maintenance programs. State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan, Grants, or Bond work including but not limited to: *Planning documents; *Compliance assistance. Design of expansion or improvements of water and sewer systems including but not limited to: *Water Treatment facilities; *Water Transmission facilities; *Wastewater Treatment facilities; *Wastewater Collection facilities; *Reclaimed water facilities. Hydraulic Analysis of Water and Sewer systems.
