ITB-TB-16-C00048/TKB - 16-C00048/TKB CR 491 Resurfacing Project

Summary of Specifications:
Construction will consist of installing permanent approved MOT, preparation of existing asphalt surface for crack sealing (as required), Tacking and Pave existing asphalt with 1 ½” (inch) leveling course, temporary striping, dressing shoulders and sod, tacking and paving final lift surface course 1 ½” (inches) temporary striping and then applying thermo plastic striping, removal of site debris and permanent MOT to job close out. Matching of existing driveways will be the responsibility of the contractor. A signed and sealed (by a registered State Of Florida Traffic Engineer) MOT plan will be submitted by the contractor and approved by Hernando County prior to issuing the notice to proceed.
