Hernando County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting two (2) to six (6) Vendor/Contractors in the rehabilitation of residential homes. Vendors/Contractor’s must be vetted/approved before project award. The Vendor/Contractor’s Application Packet is included in this Bid Document (Attachment 16). No Vendors/Contractors are allowed to have more than two (2) jobs per bid round, with a maximum award of three (3) jobs under construction at one time without consent of the Program Administrator.
