This project consists of site preparation, earthwork and environmental soil management to support
construction of stormwater drainage improvements and address contaminated soil to comply with applicable sections of Chapter 62-780, Florida Administrative Code and the FDEP-approved Interim Source Removal Plan (ISRP). Contaminated soil within the proposed stormwater improvement will be excavated and managed in accordance with the ISRP and areas of soil contamination outside of the proposed stormwater improvement will be capped with an engineering control, per Environmental Special Provisions and Technical Specifications and Plans (to be provided as Exhibits B and C of the ITB), to prevent spread of contamination and ensure the contaminated media is properly disposed off-site. Earthwork and construction of related drainage structures for the proposed stormwater improvement will also be implemented in accordance with Site Special Provisions and Technical Specifications and Plans.
