Description

This project consists of the rehabilitation of two (2) residential units that have been approved for the CDGB program. Vendors/Contractor’s must be vetted/approved before project award. The Vendor/Contractor’s Application Packet is included in this Bid Document (Attachment 14). No Vendors/Contractors are allowed to have more than two (2) jobs under construction at one time without consent of the Program Administrator. There will be a separate Contract for each unit (Attachment 16: Sample Construction Agreement).

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at each site listed below on September 11, 2020 starting
at 9:00 AM at 21279 Ajax Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 and following to 6406 Post Court, Spring Hill, FL 34606.

Attendance at each site is Mandatory in order for Bidder to Bid on both locations.

Only Bidders present at the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit may submit a Bid for this Solicitation.

Attendees must be present at the beginning of the Pre-Bid conference. Arrival after the start of the Pre-Bid conference shall be cause for disqualification. A sign-in sheet will be provided at both locations to verify attendance. Bidders must be signed in to confirm their attendance.
