Description

The Vendor/Contractor will supply all materials, labor, and equipment in order to accomplish the Berkeley Manor Flow Diversion (Regency Oaks) Lift Station Rehabilitation, as described in the specifications and construction plans showing the proposed improvements in Hernando County, Florida.

The rehabilitation will also include the installation of a new generator. The existing wet well, new valve vault, and new collector manhole will be coated per HCUD specifications Section 9. The station will
receive a new electrical service and panel as well. There is approximately 900’ of ten inch force main to be installed along with an approximately 170’ of eight inch force main under US 19 via directional bore.
